6 days of smoothies!

Last week my fiance and i had smoothies for breakfast for 6 days, here are the delicious recipes! The PDF is at the bottom 🙂

Day 1

 

½  cup Bolthouse Farms Berry Boost Smoothie

1 cup skim milk

¾ Frozen banana

½ fresh raspberries

Day 2

 

½ cup fresh raspberries

½ frozen banana

1 cup skim milk

1 tsp peanut butter

Day 3

 

½ frozen banana

½ frozen mango

½ cup frozen peaches

1 cup spinach

1 cup pineapple

½ cup skim milk

Day 4

 

½ cup raspberries

¼ cup frozen peaches

½ cup pineapple

1 cup skim milk

½ frozen banana

Day 5

 

1 cup frozen mango

½ cup frozen peaches

1 frozen banana

1  cup skim milk

Day 6

 

1 cup frozen mango

¼ lime squeezed

¼ cup raspberries

½ cup frozen peaces

1 ¼ cup skim milk
