Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup butter (5½ tablespoons)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips, divided
  • ½ cup caramel bits, divided
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows, divided
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl soften the butter for 30 seconds, then add the vanilla extract and stir.
  3. Add the brown sugar and stir to combine, then add in the eggs and stir to combine (you could also use a hand or stand mixer to make the process faster). Next add in the flour and baking powder and slowly stir until blondie batter is formed. Add ½ of each of the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, caramel bits and marshmallows and stir into the batter.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth out with a spatula.
  5. Add remaining semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, caramel bits and marshmallows to the top of the blondie batter, then bake for 30 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool, then remove parchment paper and transfer onto a cutting board and cut into pieces, serve and enjoy!
