Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip in a crock pot
Here is a recipe that is super easy-no additional dishes are made, all you need is a crock pot and a couple of spoons!
Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip
8 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. parmesan cheese, shredded
6-8 oz. mozarella cheese
5 oz. sour cream
5 oz. mayo
1 Garlic clove (minced/crushed) (or as many as you want to make it more or less garlicky)
1 oz. jalapenos (I usually just use 1/2 of one of those small cans of mild greene chilles)
9-12 oz. artichoke hearts (marinated or regular both work)
1 bag fresh spinach
I use the low fat/fat free options of all the dairy ingredients
Mix the first 6 ingredients in a crock pot. Add the remaining ingredients and stir (there will be clumps of spinach and artichokes, etc.) put on high for 2 hrs (stir every half hour or so) and serve! It’s super easy and delish!
