Five Ingredient Fridays – Nutella Cookies
For this Five Ingredient Friday we’re going sweet with a super easy 5 Ingredient Nutella Cookie! These were obviously super easy to make, tasted so good, and they have this great chewy texture and the sea salt really brings out the hazelnuty chocolate taste of the Nutella, all around an amazing cookie. I don’t know if you’ll love me or hate me for posting this recipe, because if you can make it through a day without these cookies being gone, all power to you (haha).
Yum, yum, yum!
- 1. 1 Cup Nutella
- 2. ¾ Cup Flour
- 3. 3 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 4. 1 egg
- 5. 1-2 Tbs sea salt
- Combine the flour, brown sugar and egg in a bowl, add the nutella in and combine really well (this will take a little muscle to incorporate everything, I use my hands if a spoon doesn't work).
- Lay out a piece of plastic wrap, shape contents of the nutella cookie batter into a log shape and wrap up in plastic and put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take roll of cookie dough out of the freezer and with a sharp knife cut 24-30 slices. Lay slices about an inch apart. Bake for 10 minutes and then remove from oven. Sprinkle sea salt on top of cookies, and allow to cool for half an hour, then enjoy and watch them disappear!
