Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip


  • 1 ½ cups chickpeas (1 can, drained and rinsed)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (or Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips)
  • 3 tbs quick cooking oats


Add all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to a food processor, and blend until very smooth. Then mix in the chocolate chips. Serve with low fat honey graham crackers.
