Mediterranean Dip

This dip is so easy to make and tastes really good! I have been asked to make it multiple times, and it has been eaten up every single time!

  • 1 block Fat Free Feta (brand name is Presidents). Note-do not buy pre-crumbled feta, it will not taste as good
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1-3 tbs Mediterranean Seasoning (it’s well worth the investment of 4-6 dollars)
  • Olive oil

In the bottom of the dish you will be using, pour olive oil so the bottom of the dish is covered with a thin layer. Next add the tomatoes and green onions which have both been finely chopped/diced. Next take the feta out of the package and with your hands crumble the entire block. Next, generously season the pile. Next stir everything and serve. Serve with Pita bread/Naan or a sliced up banquette. This dish is delicious and super easy to make-everyone will ask you to make this dish again!

I’m so glad it worked out for you! Doesn’t it taste so much better that it looks?

Yes! Once my friends tried it, it was gone immediately 🙂

HI, what exactly is in the Mediterranean spice? The only thing I can find is a Mediterranean salt.

Hi Pat, thank you for your comment! Mediterranean Sea Salt by McCormick is what is I use and it can be found in most grocery stores in the seasoning isle (the Mediterranean seasonings is basically a combination of sea salt, thyme, oregano, rosemary, and a tiny bit of red pepper flakes I think) Thanks!
